Product Description
Serving in an army of robots tied to the ground makes BREAKAWAY unique. He is one of the very few among the elite AUTOBOT flyers, and he is unmatched for speed in a straight line. The transformed is a good looking F-35 fighter jet, and on its own a good toy. The transformation adds more fun.

This is jean`s son.I got this from santa and with three transformers in one box!The robo mode is great because it has a sub-machine gun, very detailed and people say the cockpit can`t open but I waned to see his face on the outside so where the big cocpit is lid it up and taadd you have it. The vehicle is detailed but no guns. This toy made it the best christmas ever.

My grandchildren love to play with transformers. In some points they are challenging, forcing kids to use their brains.
I enjoy playing with transformers too.

I used to have a thing against buying movie figures that weren’t IN the movie. Breakaway…broke me away from that way of thinking. Looking at this figure, he doesn’t seem like much. I passed him up until watching a review online. This figure is one that you have to get in your hands and mess around with to see it shine. His jet mode looks very nice. Yes, he has kibble underneath, but to me, it’s not that much of an eye sore, and looks like it could be a part of the aircraft. There is a varient of this figure with a dark paint scheme if you desire it, but it seems hard to find. The transformation is very sleak and streamlined. It all kind of goes in a forward direction. Alot of people complain about the fact that his head is stuck in the cockpit; I think it’s a very cool and original design element. On that note, I never thought I would say this about a Transformer, but he’s got a cute little Ewok looking head. The rest of his design in robot mode is very cool. I personally like to give him the “chicken leg” look, but that’s just me. His hands only move up and down like ROTF Starscream, sadly. Great articulation and posability. Very durable, very cool figure. I hope he makes it to TF3.
